Sandys Villas is a small condominium complex in a small, gated community of only homes. There are 13 condos. Only 9 of them are rented out as vacation homes.

It is quiet and away from it all but close to everything. Check out the tab Where are we for exact distances from Cancun and Playa del Carmen.

Also, when renting a vacation place, make sure there are plenty of comments from real clients.

Sandys Villas are not directly on the beach. We have private beach access. We are nestled in a jungle garden with a private and quiet setting. The beach is secluded and natural. Very few people!
