Rates can vary according to demand and the time of year.

for example:June, July and August are very slow months here, so you can get a rate of as low as $100 per night at times.

Christmas, New Years, Easter, Spring Break may be as much as $215 per night.

Also, we have one and two bedroom vacation homes available, so it depends on that too. Because of this, we do not update our availability calender.

normal months, $135 for 1 bedroom per night ,$185 for 2 bedroom.

Holidays : ask

Summer months$100 for 1 bedroom per night, $150 for 2 bedroom.

Of course , we are flexible. And return customers get a discount.

There are no additional costs. Your fee includes potable water, cleaning before and after you come.
